Furnace marketing services

We offer five services, each tied to a moment in the heating season. Most furnace companies need two or three of them, chosen by where they lose the most jobs today.

Each service below answers one question a furnace company owner usually asks in October: why didn't we get that call, why didn't that quote close, and where did the money go? Pick the services that match the leaks in your own season, not the longest list.

  • No-heat emergency call capture

Hour-by-hour ads, emergency landing pages and call tracking so the cold-night calls reach a person on your team instead of voicemail.

  • Furnace replacement campaigns

Paid search and replacement pages aimed at homeowners deciding between one more repair and a new furnace.

  • Financing offer marketing

Clear, honest promotion of the customer-financing program you already hold with a licensed lender, without rates or approval promises.

  • Heating-season SEO and maps

Furnace pages, Google Business Profile work and reviews built in the off-season so you rank before the first cold week.

  • Season planning and job tracking

A furnace-season calendar, budget pacing and a simple job log that shows what each installed furnace cost you to win.

How to choose: start where jobs are leaking

Look at last winter before you pick anything. The right service is the one that fixes the biggest leak between a cold homeowner and an installed furnace.

If last winter looked like this Start with
Phones rang out on cold nights, voicemail filled up No-heat call capture
Plenty of repair calls, few replacements Furnace replacement campaigns
Quotes stalled on price Financing offer marketing
You only appear on the map when you pay for ads Heating-season SEO and maps
You can't say what an installed furnace cost to win Season planning and job tracking

If two rows describe you, fix the one closest to the phone first. Extra traffic into a phone system that drops calls only makes the leak bigger.

No-heat emergency call capture

This is the service for cold nights. We schedule ads by hour and temperature, build an emergency page that loads fast on a phone and shows your number at the top, and install call tracking so you can see every missed call by time of day.

It suits companies that already offer after-hours service, or are willing to. If nobody can answer at 11 p.m., we will tell you so and adjust the ad schedule, because paying for calls you can't take is waste.

Furnace replacement campaigns

Replacement searches are the most valuable in the trade and the most competitive. We run paid search focused on replacement intent, with repair-only and DIY terms filtered out, and send each click to a page about replacing a furnace in that town.

These campaigns pair well with a follow-up process for repair calls on older units. A homeowner who paid for a repair in December is often ready to talk about replacement in January.

Financing offer marketing

If you already offer customer financing through a licensed lender, this service makes it visible and understandable: a financing page, matching ad text, and a short explanation your technicians can use in the home.

We are not a lender or broker. We don't arrange loans, quote rates or promise approvals, and we work from the lender's own approved wording. The aim is a clear message that answers "can I spread the cost?" without overselling.

Heating-season SEO and maps

Organic rankings and map visibility take months to build, so this is off-season work that pays in winter. It covers furnace replacement pages for each town you serve, Google Business Profile work, reviews from real customers and content that answers the questions people search when a furnace fails.

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic by 400% in 12 months on this kind of steady work, which is the main proof we point to for it.

Season planning and job tracking

This is the planning layer under everything else: a calendar from August to April, a budget that rises and falls with demand, and a job log that ties each installed furnace back to its first call.

It is the service most owners skip and later wish they hadn't. Without it, you can't tell whether a December ad budget made money or only made noise.

What all five services share

Every service runs from accounts in your company's name, reports on installed furnaces rather than clicks, and starts with the free 7-day review. If you leave, the ad accounts, call-tracking numbers, website content and review history stay with your business.

Timing matters as much as the mix. A service started in August has a full season to prove itself; the same service started in mid-December spends its first weeks catching up. If you are reading this late in the season, we will usually suggest call capture now and the rest in spring. The pricing page shows how the services fit into the Starter, Growth and Elite plans, and the results page shows the HVAC work the method comes from.

Frequently asked questions

Which service should a small furnace company start with?

Usually call capture and season planning. If you are missing calls or spending without knowing what each furnace cost to win, fixing that comes before buying more traffic.

Can we buy one service on its own?

The services are delivered inside our monthly plans, which are sized to what you need. A two-truck company might use only call capture and maps work, while a multi-city company may use all five.

Do you do anything other than furnaces?

Most clients also sell air conditioners, heat pumps or water heaters, and the plan can include them. This service is built around the furnace season, so that is where we focus the effort and the reporting.

Do these services include doing heating work?

No. We are a marketing and consulting service and never install, repair or service equipment. Every service here is about getting the right homeowner to call your company.
