Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC and heating work

These are real results from heating and HVAC websites we built and marketed, each with a live site you can check. None is presented as a furnace-only campaign; each shows a part of the method a furnace company can use.

Proof matters more than promises, so this page sticks to results we can link. Each case below is a live heating or HVAC website, with the approved figures and an honest note on what the result does and doesn't show for a furnace company. The full list sits on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

All case studies on HVAC.Agency

HVACDeal.ca: return on spend

HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.

What it shows: a heating and cooling site can return far more than it costs when campaigns are measured against revenue, not clicks.

What transfers to furnace season: the discipline of measuring return. For a furnace company, that means a job log that ties each installed furnace to its first contact, so you can see which months and channels returned the most. Our season planning and job tracking service sets that up.

What it doesn't show: a specific cost per furnace. Your margins and close rate decide that.

BCWide.ca: speed

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: when the basics are fixed properly (pages, tracking, campaigns), lead volume can change within a single quarter.

What transfers: a 90-day window is roughly the length of the heart of a heating season. A furnace company that starts in late summer has time to fix the basics before the first cold weeks. One that starts in January can still improve, but has less runway.

CanroHeat.ca: lead growth for a heating company

CanroHeat.ca grew leads by 250%. We also built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat, serving 26+ BC communities.

What it shows: a heating company can grow its leads significantly by giving each line of work its own clear presence.

What transfers: the separation principle. Furnace replacement, no-heat emergencies and maintenance each need their own pages, campaigns and reporting. Mixing them makes every number blurry. See furnace replacement campaigns.

Roma Heating & Cooling: organic growth

Roma Heating & Cooling reached 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows: a year of steady SEO work can multiply a heating company's organic traffic.

What transfers: timing. Twelve months of work is why we push furnace SEO into spring and summer. Organic visibility built in the off-season is visibility you don't have to buy in December. Our heating-season SEO page explains the schedule.

HeatLand: content at scale

Over at HeatLand, 850+ SEO articles went live, and leads rose 300% in 6 months.

What it shows: a large library of helpful heating content can drive substantial lead growth.

What transfers: homeowners search symptoms before they search companies. Articles answering "why is my furnace short-cycling?" or "how old is too old for a furnace?" meet them earlier. Most furnace companies don't need 850 articles, but nearly all need more than the handful they have.

What these results have in common

Five different sites, but the same few habits run through all of them:

  • Each line of work gets its own pages. Nothing important is buried in a paragraph on a general services page.
  • Tracking comes before scaling. Budgets grew only once calls and leads could be traced to their sources.
  • Work is steady, not seasonal panic. Organic and content results came from months of consistent publishing.
  • The client owns the assets. Sites, accounts and listings sit with the business.

For a furnace company, those habits translate into a season plan written in summer, separate replacement and emergency campaigns, a job log that records the first contact for every install, and SEO done while the weather is warm.

How to read case studies, including ours

Ask three questions of any agency's results:

  1. Is the client named and the site live? If not, you can't check it.
  2. Is the metric clear? "Leads", "traffic" and "ROI" mean different things.
  3. Does it match your goal? Traffic growth is useful only if it becomes installed furnaces.

We apply the same test to our own work. If you'd like to talk through which of these methods fits your company, see the pricing page or reach out through the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Are these furnace-only results?

No. They are results from HVAC and heating websites. We don't present them as furnace campaigns; we show them because the same methods drive furnace replacement and no-heat leads.

Can we contact these companies?

The sites are live and public, so you can look at them yourself. We don't share client contact details or private account data without permission.

Will we get the same numbers?

Not necessarily. Your market, competition, close rate and starting point differ. These results show what the method can do, not a promise of what it will do for you.

Where can we see more case studies?

HVAC.Agency, our parent brand, keeps the full list of case studies on its website.
