Talk to us about your furnace season

Call, text or email and you will reach a senior strategist, not a call centre. Tell us where you install furnaces and what went wrong or right last winter, and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.

The quickest way to find out whether we can help is to ask. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. You'll reach a senior strategist who understands furnace seasons, and you won't be passed around a sales queue.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

Three ways, all handled by the same small team:

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job and would rather write a few lines.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send numbers, screenshots or a list of towns.

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. If you are in Atlantic Canada or Newfoundland, mornings Pacific time are early afternoon for you, which tends to suit owners who spend mornings dispatching crews.

A note for homeowners: we are a marketing service for furnace companies, not a heating contractor. If your furnace has stopped working, please call a licensed heating company near you.

What to include in your first message

You don't need a polished brief. A few facts make the first reply much more useful:

  1. Company name and website.
  2. The towns or regions you install in.
  3. Roughly how many furnaces you installed last heating season, even a range.
  4. What happened on the coldest days: did calls go to voicemail, did crews run out of time, did quotes stall?
  5. Whether you offer customer financing through a licensed lender, and which one.
  6. What you have tried before, including any agency, and what the reports showed.
  7. When you are easiest to reach, and on which channel.

If you have them, call logs, ad account access or invoices by month help us rebuild last season quickly. Never send customer personal information; totals are enough.

What happens next

  1. We reply by your preferred channel, usually within one business day, with a few follow-up questions or a time to talk.
  2. We run the free 7-day review. We audit your marketing, test your website's speed and setup, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against competitors in your towns, plus a look at how your after-hours calls are handled. No credit card required.
  3. You get a season plan. It's short and written in plain language: what we would do month by month, the likely budget, and the cost per installed furnace we would track. Then you decide.

There is no lock-in and no pressure. Some owners take the plan and run part of it themselves, which is fine.

When to get in touch

The ideal time is late summer, when there is still room to build pages, fix tracking and gather reviews before the first frost. But every point in the year has a useful starting move:

When you contact us The likely first step
Spring or summer Full season plan, heating-season SEO and website work
September or October Replacement campaigns, financing page, tracking checks
During a cold snap Call tracking and no-heat call capture fixes first
Late winter Repair-to-replace follow-up and a spring review

Before you reach out

If you want to prepare, three pages are worth a look: the pricing page for plan levels, the FAQ for contracts and ownership, and the cold-snap playbook for what a good peak-season routine looks like. You can also read about who runs Furnace.Marketing.

Privacy and what we do with your details

We only contact people who contact us first, and we don't add anyone to marketing lists. The numbers you share about your season, such as installs, call volumes and margins, are used to prepare your review and plan, and nothing else. If you'd rather not share margins at first, give us a range; we can still build a useful plan. When you're ready, call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Talking to us costs nothing, the 7-day trial costs nothing, and we never ask for a card. Only after the trial do you decide whether to go further.

Can we text instead of calling?

Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 with your company name, the towns you serve and what you need help with. Many owners text from a job site and we reply when they can talk.

What if we contact you in the middle of a cold snap?

Get in touch anyway. Mid-season we usually start with quick fixes such as call tracking and map hours, then plan the bigger work for spring.

Do you take calls from homeowners needing furnace repair?

We can't help with repairs because we are a marketing service, not a heating contractor. Homeowners should call a licensed local heating company.
